1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service, creating an account, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Where My Detail provides mobile vehicle detailing services, including maintenance washes, full detail packages, and optional add-ons, performed at a location you provide (your home, workplace, or another agreed location).
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be paid online at the time of scheduling or in person at the time of service. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Prices are as listed at the time of booking, unless a valid coupon or loyalty reward is applied.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund (for online payments). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, deducted from any refund issued. In-person payment bookings that are cancelled do not involve a charge or refund.
5. Loyalty Rewards Program
Customers may earn reward credit toward future services based on completed bookings. Reward eligibility, amounts, and terms may be changed or discontinued at our discretion. Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
6. Access to Your Vehicle
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location. Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
7. Vehicle Condition and Liability
We take care in performing all services, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or cosmetic conditions unrelated to the service performed. Any concerns about the condition of your vehicle before service should be noted at the time of booking or upon our arrival. Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
